Homeowner Lead Information
When a homeowner submits a quote request through a form we operate, the request is qualified against criteria agreed with a contractor and, if accepted, delivered to that single contractor so they can contact the homeowner about the requested project. Home Lead Supply does not sell the same request to multiple contractors. Homeowners may ask us to stop processing their request by contacting us through the Get Qualified Leads page on this website.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, Home Lead Supply may send you text messages. There are two separate programs, and each requires its own opt-in.
Opt-in happens only through an unchecked checkbox on a form on this website, or by texting us first. We never pre-check a consent box, and consent to marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency varies with your activity, your application status, and your preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving that program's messages, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop service texts you have separately agreed to, and opting out of service texts does not affect any agreement you have with us.
- Service messages: replies to your application, scheduling of calls, delivery or account notices, and other updates about a service you asked about or use.
- Marketing messages: offers, promotions, and news about our services. Sent only if you separately opted in to marketing texts.
Mobile Information Is Not Shared for Marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Information may be shared with subcontractors who help us provide support services, such as customer service, and only for that purpose.

We then delete or de-identify it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
